The holiday management tool is a useful tool to centrally manage your teams annual leave and approved absence from work. The easy logon allows your team to login and request annual leave from any location. The annual leave request is automatically sent for approval, stored within their profile and adjusted to reflect the leave taken.

It can also contain these great features:

  • Admin controlled 'sick day heatmap' to monitor which days of the week staff take the most throughout the year
  • Easy for staff to request their holiday online and for it to be authorised, refused or queried by Managers.
  • A holiday totaliser which shows graphically how much holiday each staff member has remaining
  • Special conditions for Authorised holiday, Paternity, Maternity or Special Circumstances.
  • Easy to use for both site admins and staff members.
